What is your minimum order quantity?
The MOQ depends on the product and on what you change. It is confirmed with your quote, in writing. Send the product and the quantity you have in mind and we tell you whether it works.
Can I get a sample?
Yes. Sample terms, cost and lead time are confirmed with your quote. For custom products we make a sample to your drawing for approval before production.
What are your lead times?
Sample and production lead times depend on the product, the quantity and the customisation. They are confirmed with your quote. Tell us your shipping window when you enquire.
Can you customise products?
Yes. We can engrave your logo, change size, use a different wood or bamboo, change the finish and colour, and pack in your own carton. We can also build from your drawing or sample. See OEM / ODM & Custom.
Which certifications do you hold?
FSC® Chain of Custody certified (BV-COC-179312); FSC-certified material is available on request. amfori BSCI audited (amfori ID 156-057487). Toys tested to EN 71-1, -2, -3 by third-party labs (Bureau Veritas, DL Testing); CE marking under the Toy Safety Directive for tested models. Testing for new models arranged per order. Do you hold an EUDR certificate?
No, and no supplier can be: the EU Deforestation Regulation does not issue certificates. The EU importer submits a due diligence statement. Through our FSC chain of custody we provide the data you need for it: species, country of harvest, supplier records and geolocation. We call this EUDR-ready. See what we supply.
When does EUDR apply, and what do I need from you?
As of October 2026, EUDR applies to large and medium-sized operators and traders from 30 December 2026. Micro and small operators follow on 30 June 2027, or 30 December 2026 if they handle products already covered by the EU Timber Regulation. Tell us your products and first shipping window. We confirm which items we can supply under our FSC chain of custody and send the data with the shipping documents. Check the European Commission EUDR page for the latest dates.
How do I order products with an FSC claim?
Tell us when you enquire that you need FSC. We confirm availability for your product, which FSC claim applies, and the wording for your order documents. Not every product is FSC, so say so before we quote.
Do all your toys have EN 71 and CE?
No. Tested models have reports, ages 3 and up. A children’s wooden stool model and a wooden reward star badge model are on file. Other toy models are tested per order for your market. Products that are not toys carry no toy claims.
Which port do you ship from?
Ningbo port, close to our workshop. Trade terms (FOB, CIF or DDP) are agreed per order and confirmed with your quote. See Packing & Shipping.
What are your payment terms?
Payment terms are agreed per order and written into your quote. Ask us before you place a sample order.
How do you pack?
Cartons are sized per product, and units per carton are listed in your quote. We can print your artwork on cartons, inserts, bags or sleeves. Within our FSC scope, cartons and labels can be supplied as FSC 100%, Mix or Recycled.
Do you publish prices?
No. Prices depend on product, quantity, materials and packing, so they come with your quote.
Can you build a product from my own drawing?
Yes. Send a drawing, sketch, sample or specification. We reply with what we can build, a quote and a sample plan. We build only to designs you own or that are ours to offer.
Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer. Cutting, planing, engraving, spraying, assembly, inspection and packing happen at our own site in Ninghai, Ningbo. See Production.
