FSC chain of custody
BV-COC-179312
Our FSC® Chain of Custody certificate (BV-COC-179312) lets us supply FSC-certified material and sell it with an FSC claim. It does not make every product FSC.
Tell us when you enquire that you need FSC and we confirm availability for your product, the claim that applies, and the wording for your order documents.
EN 71 and CE: tested models
Two tested models are on file:
- A children’s wooden stool: EN 71-1, -2, -3, pass, ages 3 and up. Report and conformity certificate by DL Testing, July 2026, under Directive 2009/48/EC.
- A wooden reward star badge: EN 71-1, -2, -3, pass, ages 3 and up. Report by Bureau Veritas (Zhejiang), April 2026.
Other toy models, such as balance boards, balance beams and tumbling towers, are tested per order against your market and age grading. We do not claim EN 71 or CE for models without a test report. Products that are not toys, such as furniture, trays and boxes, carry no toy claims.
amfori BSCI
amfori ID 156-057487
We have been audited under amfori BSCI (amfori ID 156-057487). Ask for the current audit status when you enquire.
EUDR: no certificate, but the data you need
No certificate exists under EUDR
What EUDR is. Regulation (EU) 2023/1115, the EU Deforestation Regulation, requires EU operators to show that covered products were not produced on recently deforested land. It does not issue certificates to suppliers. The EU importer, as operator, submits a due diligence statement before the goods are placed on the EU market.
What we supply. Through our FSC chain of custody we provide the data that goes into that statement:
- Species
- Which wood is in your order.
- Country of harvest
- Where the timber was harvested.
- Supplier records
- Who supplied the timber to us.
- Geolocation data
- Geolocation data for your due diligence statement.
What stays with you. The due diligence statement and the risk assessment remain the importer’s responsibility. Our FSC certificate and data support them. They do not replace them. Whether a given product falls inside EUDR depends on its customs code; your customs broker or our team can check it with you.
When it applies (as of October 2026, Regulation (EU) 2023/1115 as amended by Regulation (EU) 2025/2650):
- Large and medium-sized operators and traders: 30 December 2026.
- Micro and small operators: 30 June 2027. Micro and small operators handling products already covered by the EU Timber Regulation: 30 December 2026.

How to order with EUDR data.
- Tell us the products and your first shipping window.
- We confirm which items we can supply under our FSC chain of custody.
- We send the data for each shipment with the shipping documents.
- You use it in your due diligence statement.
We say “EUDR-ready” because there is no EUDR certificate to hold.
Documents we send on request
- FSC certificate copy
- EN 71 report and conformity certificate for tested models
- EUDR data for FSC orders
- Packing and shipping documents for your forwarder
