We only collect the information you choose to give us so we can respond to your enquiry:

• Contact details you submit: your email address and, if you add them, your WhatsApp, WeChat or phone number and your country;
• What kind of buyer you are and what you are interested in, if you tell us;
• The message you write, and the page of our site you sent it from;
• Usage data collected by analytics and advertising tools, such as the pages you view, but only if you consent (see “Cookies & analytics” below).

We do not ask for, and you should never send us, passwords, bank, card or other payment-account numbers through these forms.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and send quotations, samples and product or certification documents;
• To follow up about your project and provide customer support;
• To improve our website and understand which content is useful.

We use your information only for these business purposes. We do not sell your personal information.

How the enquiry forms work

When you send an enquiry, the form is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service. If delivery fails, or the form is not available, the site opens WhatsApp with your message already written so that you can send it to us directly. Nothing is sent to WhatsApp until you press send there; WhatsApp then handles the message under its own privacy policy.

Cookies & analytics

This website can use Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel to measure traffic and how well our advertising works. These tools use cookies or similar identifiers, and record which pages you view, the page you came from, any campaign tags in the link and your approximate region. They do not tell us who you are unless you send us a form.

These tools are loaded only after you consent where the law requires it. If your device is set to a European time zone, we ask first and the default is decline: until you accept, Google’s tools run in a denied consent state without analytics or advertising cookies, and the Meta Pixel does not send data. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page, or block and delete cookies in your browser.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate, and only as needed to deliver the service:

• Web3Forms, which delivers your enquiry to our inbox;
• our website host and email provider;
• Google and Meta, for analytics and advertising (only after consent where required).

Where your information is processed

We are based in China, so information you send us is handled by our sales team in China. Our service providers may also process it in other countries.

We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to handle your request and maintain our business relationship, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
